Follow the steps below to put the phone in USB mode

1.With the phone off, hold the Talk, Center and End buttons until you see the Self Test

2. Using the Volume Down key, scroll down to #12 USB and press the Center Button

3. Press the Volume Down key to highlight PHONE

4. Once you see that PHONE is highlighted, press the BACK ARROW key

5. Press Volume Down to #21 (Save & Exit), then press Center Button

Turn phone on and plug it in
