Palm Centro DM Mode

1. Using the TREO HOTSYNC CABLE (has button on it), power on the phone and plug in the phone

2. Remove the battery from the phone

3. Press and hold the hotsync button

4. While holding the button down, insert the battery back into the phone (DO NOT RELEASE THE BUTTON YET)

5. Keep holding the button down for 20 seconds

6. The screen on the phone should remain dark, and the phone should show up in device manager
