Package C: Existing PC Setup

Thank you for your interest in Flashtotalk! Complete the steps below to get set up with our flashing service.

Setup Time Frame: 1 to 5 business days

 

STEP 1: COMPLETE FLASHING APPLICATION

Fill out the application here: Flashtotalk Application

***PLEASE NOTE: We are providing a service for businesses with storefronts ONLY. Our programs (FTT Studio/F2T Android Studio) are not for purchase. If you are a customer looking to get their phone flashed, please click on this link and fill out our Store Locator form. We will direct you to our nearest flashing location within 50 miles of your address.***

After you have completed Step 1, please proceed to Step 2.

 

STEP 2: PURCHASE ONE-TIME $50 SETUP FEE

To complete payment, click on this link: $50 Setup Fee. This fee is non-refundable.

After you have completed Step 2, please proceed to Step 3.

 

STEP 3: ORDER PHONE CABLES

To purchase cables, click on this link: FTT Cable Pack. Shipping is FREE!

After you have completed Step 3, please proceed to Step 4.

 

STEP 4: INSTALL TEAMVIEWER (FOR REMOTE ACCESS)

Click on this link: Teamviewer

Once on the Teamviewer site, click on "Start Full Version, It's Free!". Download and install. Make sure to select "Personal" when prompted.

After you have completed Step 4, please proceed to Step 5.

 

STEP 5: SET UP GOOGLE TALK OR YAHOO MESSENGER

Due to recent issues with Yahoo Messenger, Google Talk will be used as the primary form of communication between your store and our techs.  However, most of the time you can still reach our techs on Yahoo Messenger.

Download and install Google Talk here: Google Talk OR Yahoo Messenger

Once installed, add the following techs to your buddy list:

Remember to add the following to the end of each ID Name.  If Gtalk, add @gmail.com.  If Yahoo add @yahoo.com.

***PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ANY OF OUR TECHS UNTIL YOUR PC HAS BEEN FULLY SET UP AND YOU HAVE GOTTEN CONFIRMATION THAT YOU ARE READY TO FLASH. THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LOG INTO YOUR PC AND GIVE YOU SUPPORT IF YOUR PC HAS NOT BEEN SET UP***

After you have completed Step 5, please proceed to Step 6.

 

STEP 6: REMOTE SETUP

After you have completed Steps 1 through 5, send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . In the email, include the following information:

- First and Last name
- Company name
- Teamviewer ID and Password (i.e.  Username 123456789   Password: 1234): You will find this information on the left side of Teamviewer under Waiting for Session
- Google Talk Username
- Billing email address and a password you would like to use for your Master Account with Flashtotalk

Make sure to leave Teamviewer open and sign into Google Talk. The Teamviewer password will change every time the program is closed and opened again. We will be in contact soon after we've received your Setup fee, Flashing Application and Step 6 email. We will log into your PC remotely and complete the rest of your PC setup for you. After you receive confirmation that your PC is fully setup, you are ready to start flashing!
