We are changing the way we flash.  Now we offer our customers both remote login where a FTT Tech will login to your pc and flash the phone for you. We also give out a unique username and password to FTT Studio and allow you to flash phones on your own too if you prefer.

What is the Cost?

The charge PER BASIC (Talk N Text) flash is $5. The charger PER DATA (Pix N Web) flash is $10. Volume discounts are available.

How Do I Track My Flashes?

FTT Studio will allow you to track every single flash with an in-depth online report.  You will be able to track a flash by date, time, esn, employee, store location, mdn and more.  Search filters will make it easy for you to keep track of your flashes.

Will I be able to add data to phones in FTT Studio?

In the very near future, YES!  Our first phase of releasing FTT Studio will allow you to perform a basic flash.  However, once we complete the phase 1 roll out, we will immediately begin phase 2, which will include data flashing on many models. 

What if I Get Stuck on Flashing a Phone?

Flashtotalk will still be providing customer support instantly online.  We will be here to help you with any questions you may have.  We also have a training library on how to use studio which you can review at anytime for examples.

What if I Accidentally Re-flash the Same Phone?

No Problem, we wont charge you for re-flashing the same phone multiple times.  If you re-flash the PRL or clear SPC on the same phone multiple times, our Studio Reports will record the ESN from the phone, and we will be able to see what happened.
