Same Day Guarantee
Flashtotalk has a Same Day Guarantee policy which ensures no extra charges for re-flashing a wireless phone due to a number port, factory reset, incorrect information, un-flash request, etc. if it’s requested within 24 hours since the original flash was completed. Any requests to complete any of the examples mentioned above after 24 hours will result in a discounted charge of 2 credits. Should an over-the-air software update or *228 update prohibit any part of the flash, Flashtotalk will fix the flash at no additional charge up to 6 months from the original flash.
6 Month Warranty
Flashtotalk’s 6 Month Warranty covers any flashing issues related to carrier plans, PRL refresh, required carrier software updates, *228, internal phone settings, manual NAM programming and any other generic common troubleshooting. Flashtotalk reserves the right to void this warranty if it is determined by a technician that the phone has been reset or severely altered by the customer, in which case charges may apply.
Damaged Phones
Flashtotalk’s Damaged Phone policy ensures any phone damaged due to the flashing process will be fixed at no additional cost. The damaged phone must be sent to Flashtotalk so that we can attempt to repair it. Normal flashing charges apply. If it is determined the phone cannot be fixed, a replacement phone (same model or similar) will be sent to the affiliate at no additional cost. Flashtotalk reserves the right to void this policy if its determined the flash did not cause damage to the phone.
